2. Payments, Wallets, and Premium Materials

Certain study materials and CBT resources require payment or wallet top-ups:

• All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways (e.g., Paystack).
• Wallet balances are non-transferable and can only be used within the Bartech CBT platform to purchase study materials and assessments.
• Prices for premium materials are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property and Content Usage

The content provided on Bartech CBT is for your personal, non-commercial educational use:

• All questions, study materials, UI designs, and software logic remain the intellectual property of BarTech Digital Institute (parent company of Bartech CBT) and Austin's Technologies.
• You may not scrape, copy, distribute, or reproduce our exam question banks, PDF reports, or course materials without explicit written consent.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

While using our platform, you are strictly prohibited from:

• Attempting to bypass security controls, automated test-submission timers, or PDF generation limits.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or data-mining tools to extract data from the site.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the stability or performance of the platform.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Bartech CBT is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While our curriculum is aligned with NUC benchmarks, we do not guarantee that using our platform will result in passing external examinations. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the accuracy or uninterrupted availability of the platform.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
